We teach at the Vondelpark in Amsterdam.

All lessons we do in the Vondelpark have our skateshop on the Overtoom 327 as a starting spot.

When you book this lesson series, then you book and pay for a specific date set of the dates listed at the top.

You can also pay per lesson if you are not free on all dates.

Requirements / Instructions

• Your own skates (put them on before the lesson starts)
• Wear a pair of long, old jeans. We will be doing falling exercises
• No jewellery and empty pockets
• Wear socks the same height as a skate.
• Helmet, knee-, wrist and elbow protection are advised

About Marco

Marco is a Vondelpark legend. He began skating in the park and became a central figure in the skate culture of the 90s. He combined this with his other passions, dance and music, and even brought skating to the stage as an art form.

Program

Clinics with Marco Gerris: Upgrade your slalom inline skating technique with guidance from none other than Marco Gerris. Learn the tricks of the trade and develop your skills in the area of slalom skating. This is your chance to learn from a former Dutch champion!

Who is it for? This series of lessons is intended for children and adults who want to improve their skills in freestyle inline skating so that, just like Marco, they can glide through the park smoothly and with a big smile.

You must be able to skate backwards at a speed equivalent to someone walking.

Rain Plan

In case of rain, the lesson will be canceled one week in advance through a phone call or text message one day before. We use our lesson coordination phone for this

Absents of teacher

Marco zal precies op de afgesproken tijd aanwezig zijn. Als hij 5 minuten of meer te laat is, bel dan (niet met Whatsapp maar normale telefonie) met de coordinator op +31 6 28829224.
