At Thisissoul, we want you to have a clear picture of how our product availability works. Whether you’re shopping online or visiting one of our stores, here’s everything you need to know.

Products in Stock

Most products listed on thisissoul.com are physically available in our Amsterdam store. From here we ship orders worldwide, and it’s also where you can come to try and pick up your skates and gear.

Try Products in Berlin or Antwerp

Besides Amsterdam, we also have stores in Berlin and Antwerp. On each of our webshop product pages it is listed if a product in stock in Antwerp or Berlin.

Want to try a product in Berlin or Antwerp? Just let us know through the chat

We can send the item from Amsterdam to one of these stores so you can try it on before making a purchase.

This way, you don’t need to travel all the way to Amsterdam if another location is closer to you.

Extra Shipping Time

Sometimes an item is not directly in stock in our main fullfilment center and are instead in an external warehouse. 

In this case, if you place an order, we will automatically transport the product from the external warehouse to our fullfilment center. This usually takes 1-2 weeks but can sometimes take up to 3 weeks if there is a delay.

Once the product arrives at our Amsterdam Fullfilment Center, we immediately ship it to your address(or forward it to Berlin/Antwerp if requested). At this point you get your tracking code.

On the product page, this is clearly shown near the order button so you know what to expect.

 

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are for products that have not yet been released by the brand. We do our best to give updates on the delivery time in the product description of our pre order products.

By placing a pre-order, you reserve the product in advance.As soon as the supplier ships the new collection to us, we make sure your pre-ordered item is sent to you first.This guarantees that you won’t miss out on limited releases or popular models that may sell out quickly.
